I have a two year old house. THe paint is starting to turn black in spots and I can see brush strokes via the dark traces. My best GUESS is that the paint was not put on properly and it is now wearing too think and prematurely. How long should a paint job last on a house? more than two years? I feel like I shouls say sometyhing to the builder... how long is it kosher to mention stuff like this to the builder? Only first year or for years and years?

Any help is greatly appreciated.
