Anybody out there have experience with Gaco silicone roof coating? It sounds great: * 50 year lifetime * seals leaks * reflective * coat 2 hours before rain * no more expensive than other coatings But is there a gotcha? http://www.gacoretail.com/gacoroof.html

Update, I have completed this coating! It worked out about like they said as far as the process goes. Now I just have to wait and see if it's waterproof...
