There is not a lot of activity in the charleston SC market right now. Traditionally Thanksgiving until the day after the Super Bowl is slow but this feels even slower because people are struggling to get loans with the tougher regulations imposed in lending. I think HouseTribe seems like a great way to sell property at no expense. My clients would want to use this service. I really like the Craigs list ad that this site creates for the user. Hi Shelby, The market in our area has ground to a halt pretty much. Houses aren't selling, and sellers aren't willing (yet) to drop their asking price enough to sell. I wonder how long it will last- maybe a year?
