Noticed some more inquiries recently. Feel like the Charleston real estate market is about to teeter in a positive direction. We monitor our searchengine hits religiously and activity has been very unusual lately...

STill feel like it is trying to turn over. Went to an event last night with 250 of the top real estate producers in the Charleston, SC tri county area invited. I heard quite a few times that business has been suddenly picking up past 1.5 months. Hopefully this is a barometer of sorts for the nation! Let's just hope the Dems don't muck it all up if they take office!
