This was our last home, a 50 year old beach cottage across the street from the ocean. It was the only single-family house left on the street, as it is zoned for condo's. It's where my wife and I spent our first 6 years together and will always be a special place. Old yellow knotty pine floors, wood walls and ceilings, great room floorplan on a very high bluff in the "Avenues" section of MB. Hated to sell it but couldn't refuse the offer. New owners have since ruined it with removal of a huge live oak (ba$tard$) and are eventually going to tear it down and put condos on the lot. It's worth remembering.
