Store Laundrymat Apartments |
This corner store was also a laundrymat with two 2bedroom apartments above. Hurricane Hugo in 1989 ended the laundrymat and the store limped along. We purchased this in 2003 and fixed it up. We hope this year 2007 to finally open the new Laundrymat. The store has changed owners and continues to limp along. The apartments are rented and thriving. The previous store proprietor sold us the house across the street the infamous 58. We had to completely gut it and spenta fortune putting it back together but we got it done. Once the laundrymat opens we will finally taste the profits of our labor!!! |

Well the new store Charleston Good Food Company is delinquent on rent again. Lindsay forgot the papers so the second filing is postponed until Nov.1 and we have to call the constable for the put out no later than the 15th! Thank goodness we both get back from Loathar's wedding in Costa in time to call the police for the put out! So we want to start a store slash sub shoppe. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
