Introducing Beach House

I'm a serial mover, I lived in three countries on two continents and in something like sixteen houses in twenty years. I'm currently updating an architectural gem: a 1968 redwood contemporary designed by Andrew Geller. It's the first house I've ever had a serious relationship with. Our mantra is "Do No Harm" and we're trying to be as green as possible but with little money and few skills it's a challenging endeavour!

"Thanks for dropping by. Beach House is 500 ft or so back from the beach but we do have beach and mooring rights. And we get to pay the coastal flooding insurance premium, grr!"
